Makes owning an alarm an absolute breeze. Do all the setting up, adjusting, tweaking via your phone or tablet. If i want to change entry zones, or which contacts/pir's i want active while I'm home, just pick up my phone. You can check everything is working, remotely arm/disarm, take a picture, and be notified by email and sms if alarm is triggered, and much more. Being able to live with the alarm system and tweak the set up on the fly is brilliant. You can't beat this for ease of use.

A clever alarm system that is let down by badly written software that is buggy and has a poorly implemented UI. I hope that Yale do some proper QA on the next update. Despite the software issues I now have the system up and running and working well. I should mention that the customer service at Yale is second to none and Steve bent over backwards to assist me in getting the system up and running, in that regard Yale get 5 stars.

App has locked out and there is no way of re-establishing the software! cannot install or change devices on the system until this is rectified. it has been almost 3 weeks now and Yale have not addressed this problem!!! Some customer service is needed here!

Enables total alarm control from any location with either accessible WiFi or 3G/4G network coverage. You can even check the status of each alarm sensor I.e. is battery ok? Great app/alarm accessory!
